Horizontal Line Main Features
1.Only need to spot welding at two terminals of the work-piece
(without the full-length spot welding of whole work-piece), then it
can enter the next step-- weld. The assembly welding machine will
weld the three "loose plates" after positioning, greatly increase
the efficiency.
2.With the horizontal placement of work-piece (web horizontal,
flange vertical) and the welding mode of work-piece moving, two
seams can be welded simultaneously to reduce the distortion of
work-piece caused by welding heat.
3. Equipting AOTAI welding(Lincoln is avaiable) power source to achieve single-arc double-wire welding, using
1.6mm welding wire, welding speed can be up to 1.2 m / min, good
weld formation, beautiful appearance
4. Due to the automation degree of the production line is much
higher than that of the traditional production line, it can reduce
the labor intensity of workers and reduce the number of operators.
The production line only needs 4-5 operators to produce normally.

Double cantilever gantry welding machine is the most popular
machine developed by our company. Mainly complete the welding
assembly work of H-shaped steel and Box-shaped steel. The double
cantilever submerged arc welding machine improves the welding
efficiency. According to the requirements of the beam, you can
choose a single arc single wire or a double arc double wire
submerged arc welding machine.
The sub-merge arc welding power setup device is on the gantry gate,
and moves along. In this way, the control cable and welding cable
are short, and response fast, with small pressure drop and stable
welding currency.
Welding control and gate frame control are integrated and easy to
operate. The cable in welding arm is in the form of imported drag
chain, neat and safe.
