XBH-25 type double cantilever welding machine head adopts special
type steel welding machine head, machine head adopts double rotary
adjustable mechanical tracking mechanism.
According to the characteristics of arm movement, the mechanism is
designed.
The machine head includes upper rotary mechanism, end locking
mechanism, upper and lower floating mechanism, lower rotary
mechanism, flux recovery-conveying mechanism, tracking wheel and
guide mechanism.
Electrical device and other components, the end locking mechanism
can make the tracking wheel travel to the end of the work-piece,
manually lock the machine head, so that the machine head can
maintain a state, complete the welding seam, reduce the workload of
manual repair welding, the whole machine head can also realize
round-trip welding, only by using the rotary mechanism to rotate
the machine head 180 degrees, and then recover the flux.
The position of pipe and flux conveyor pipe can be changed.
